Healthy Communities & Urban Ag
Maya Dunne and Associates is bringing innovation to cities. We are launching a new Green Planning Academy this spring in the City of Stanton. Residents will learn practical info on how cities are changing and ways to improve the long-term viability of the city through actions such as reducing water use, making new community gardens and increasing mobility and transportation options.
We presented our practices at the National Association of American Planners conference in Atlanta, on a panel called Integrating Food Systems with Public Health Planning: New Paradigms in Urban Agriculture.
