Sidewalk Vendor Ordinance

Cities in California have de-criminalized sidewalk vendors.

This revamped policy we designed, incentivizes vendors who sell 100% fresh fruits and vegetables by reducing their fees, and increasing access for fresh foods near schools where other vendors are restricted. Adopted July 2021 by City Council of the City of Buena Park.
